Former Climax mayor and wife enter plea for child sex, cruelty crimes
CLIMAX, Ga. (WALB) - The former Climax mayor and his wife have entered a plea on the charges they face for alleged child sex and cruelty crimes.
According to District Attorney Joe Mulholland, Joseph Kelly and his wife, Natalie Kelly, have entered a not guilty plea on all charges.

The Kellys were arrested on Saturday, May 31, following an investigation conducted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).
Their charges are as follows:
- Joseph Kelly - 2 counts of child molestation
- Natalie Kelly - 2 counts of cruelty to children in the second degree
