Family rescued after boat goes through Georgia Power Dam

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Four people are recovering after their boat went through the spillway of a Georgia Power Dam while fishing.
It happened early Saturday evening on the Flint River Georgia Power property in Dougherty County.
The Albany Fire Department said there were two adults, and two children inside the boat. No major injuries were reported.
The Department of Natural Resources is investigating.
