MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - A Moultrie woman is accused of stealing tens of thousands of dollars from Colquitt County Magistrate Court.

"Ms. Roberts refused to give a statement and/or take a polygraph for the GBI as everybody in the office was going to be asked to do and at that time she was terminated," said Judge JJ McMillan, Colquitt Co. Magistrate Court
Roberts is charged with one count of felony theft by taking.
