Albany Utilities alerts customers of billing delay
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Albany Utilities released a notice on Nov. 4 to alert customers about delays with billing due to an issue with transferring billing data to a third-party provider.
Some customers may have received inaccurate bills this billing cycle because of the data transfer problem, according to the city.
Albany temporarily paused billing operations to fix the issue. The city says operations are up and running again.
Customers with questions about their bills can call Albany Utilities Customer Service at 229-883-8330.
