Multi-state fraudster arrested in Coffee County
COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) announced today, April 17, that they arrested a woman who was wanted in three counties across two states. She was wanted on fraud charges in Georgia and Oklahoma, officials said.
Brittini Daine Paulk, 40, was arrested by CCSO deputies on April 8, the sheriff’s office said in a press release. Paulk was wanted in Upson County, Georgia, for many charges, including identity fraud, forgery, and driving without a license. She was wanted by the Doraville Police Department for failure to appear after a traffic offense, according to the release.
CCSO said Paulk was wanted in Custer County, Oklahoma, on additional fraud charges.
After being arrested by CCSO, Paulk was taken to Upson County, officials said. They said that after her legal proceedings are complete in Georgia, they expect that Paulk will be extradited to Oklahoma.
