Mitchell EMC warns members about unauthorized phone calls

MITCHELL COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) – Mitchell EMC is warning its members about unauthorized phone calls asking them to attend the upcoming annual meeting to vote. Mitchell EMC clarifies that these calls are not being made by them.

Any official communication regarding the annual meeting will be mailed directly to members’ residences.

Members are encouraged to attend the drive-thru annual meeting scheduled for April 18, 2025.
