Felony warrants issued for Thomas Co. man

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Thomasville Police have issued a warrant for a man accused of aggravated assault for attempted murder, rape or robbing of a woman who lives on Sherwood Loop in Thomasville.
Police say Robert Carter, II lives in the 400 block of Colton Avenue in Thomasville.
Thomasville Captain Maurice Holmes says they believe Carter stole her white 2007 Toyota Tacoma, last night. The Georgia license plate is AGN1924.
Carter is 5' 9" and weighs about 240 pounds. He is 46 years old.
Police say they have not been able to locate Carter. If you have any information on his whereabouts please call police.
