This airline topped the list for Forbes Travel Guide’s 2026 list

(CNN) - Delta Air Lines was the biggest domestic winner in the Forbes Travel Guide’s new list of top airlines and airports.

The airline won the title of best U.S. carrier for 2026.

It also got kudos for some of its first-class and business-class options.

The Delta One lounge at JFK airport was first in its category, and the airline also won for the best loyalty program.

Forbes said the best U.S. airport is New York’s LaGuardia because of its art, design and food offerings.

Singapore Changi came out on top as the best international airport, and Emirates won best international airline.

Air New Zealand also got an innovation nod for its lie-flat economy seats.
