AMERICUS, Ga. (WALB) - For the first time in nine months, there are no COVID-19 patients at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center.

The hospital said while COVID community levels are low, “everyone should remain vigilant and remember that vaccines and boosters offer the best protection against the worst effects of COVID-19.”
