Albany mayor declares 'United Way of Southwest Georgia 211 Day'

Governor Kemp’s office announced over $80 million for 118 qualified projects to improve community public safety measures across Georgia.

34-year-old Dominique Henderson was found dead outside between apartments on the 1300 block of South Madison Street.

She said her dog, Louie, was inside her car with the air-conditioning on, doors locked and keys in her hand.

He is also awaiting extradition back to Fla. in connection to a homicide case.

He had to request the hearing within 30 days of his termination.

This is the second time within four months that the police department has had people quit.
