Dooly Co. School System mourns loss of beloved teacher

DOOLY CO., GA (WALB) - A beloved Dooly County teacher has died in a car crash.

The school system announced her death on its website.

According to the Dooly County School Superintendent's Office, Teacher Lori Saldana died in a vehicle crash.

The school system posted a photo of Saldana on its website, along with this statement:

Dooly County Schools mourn the loss of Mrs. Lori Saldana, the migrant teacher for the district. Mrs. Saldana gave unselfishly to the students, parents, and staff of all schools in the district. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family at this tragic time.
