1 killed in head-on crash in Moultrie

MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - A head-on crash in Moultrie left one man dead and a woman injured.
It happened around 9:30 Thursday morning on Tallokas Road.
State troopers say a Dodge Caravan driven by Ernest Blackburn, 68, of Doerun crossed the center line and struck a Chevy Monte Carlo driven by Crystal Slaughter.
Blackburn was taken to Colquitt Regional Medical Center where he died.
Slaughter was rushed to Archbold hospital with serious injuries.
Georgia State Patrol is investigating.
