ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A woman accused of faking cancer to get donations is not off the hook just yet, that's according to Dougherty District Attorney Greg Edwards.
For months Abbey Arthur has been in and out of court for probation violation.
She has also stood before the judge for driving under the influence and failure to maintain lane charges.

Officials said although she has been in and out of jail for these charges, the district attorney's office and Albany Police are investigating her for other things and the alleged cancer scam.
"It is an ongoing investigation. And we will be looking at things that have allegedly already occurred. And then we will be looking at the things that have already occurred in relation to any new information. We have to look at if that is any violation of the law, if any," said Greg Edwards, Dougherty District Attorney.
Edwards said of course until a matter is presented to a judge or jury, they are innocent until proven guilty.
He said if you have any leads on this case, call the Dougherty District Attorney's office or Albany Police.
