Kendrick Johnson lawsuit dismissed 'without prejudice'

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - The lawsuit filed in the Kendrick Johnson case has been dismissed by the judge.

It was filed Wednesday in the United States District County by W. Louis Sands.

In December of last year, the judge was weighing the decision if the case would move forward after some deadlines weren't met.

Johnson was found dead in a rolled-up gym mat at Lowndes High School in January 2013.
