ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A suspected Albany drug dealer and gang member at the center of a drug investigation was taken down during a drug raid Friday night.
30-year-old Charlie Bennett was arrested and charged with three drug violations and a weapons charge. He is being held without bond.
Albany Dougherty Drug Unit agents seized more than two pounds of marijuana, several guns, and $1,500 in cash during the raid on his Whitney Avenue home.
