Women working in higher education got advice on everything from how to build their careers to doing good interviews today.
It's all part of the 2015 Women in Higher Education Leadership Conference at Albany Tech.      
Women heard from several speakers who say they want to encourage women to move into higher leadership roles, including working as university presidents.

"We know that woman and men care about gender parity, and everyone does not necessarily been a college president, but we know everyone wants to support good leadership through the pipeline," says Kim Bobby, with the American Council on Education.

"What it takes to dress properly and what experience you will need to advance in higher education. So we go through techniques, and skills,” says Narcisa  Polonio
