VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - Responding to citizens complaints, the Valdosta Police Department Narcotics Unit conducted an undercover vice operation Tuesday afternoon.

During the operation, detectives arrested Mary Kaminsky, 32, for prostitution, possession of marijuana, and possession of Alpha-PVP (Flakka) and possession of tools for the commission of a crime, specifically narcotics paraphernalia.

Lakeyra Williams, 37, was also taken in for possession of Flakka.

Todd Montgomery, 35, was arrested at the scene for Violation of Probation.  Detectives say that Montgomery drove Kaminsky to the hotel. "They knew each other," said Valdosta Police Department Cpt. Bobbi McGraw. "It wasn't like a stranger to stranger. It was probably some type of business deal or set up."

VPD is withholding further details because they say that could compromise future operations.

Kaminsky and Williams are being held at the Lowndes County Jail and arrest warrants for the outstanding charges will be presented to the judge today.

Montgomery is being held in the Lowndes County Jail.
