Teen charged with DUI, homicide in girlfriend's death after ATV crash
MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - Georgia State Patrol charged a Moultrie teen with the death of his girlfriend who was killed in an ATV wreck.
Gatlyn Peacock, 18, is charged with felony vehicular homicide, DUI, and reckless driving.
Investigators said he and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Janna Tucker, were riding an ATV together down a dirt road on private property around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
According to a report, that's when Peacock lost control in a curve. The vehicle hit an embankment, overturned, and landed on top of Tucker.
She died from her injuries in the crash.
