LEESBURG, GA (WALB) - An area group is raising money to remember a bicyclist who was killed in Lee County.
The funeral for 69-year-old Marvin Ross will be Wednesday afternoon at 2:00 at the cemetery across from Lee County High School.
Ross was killed Monday morning when a car struck his bike on US 19.
He didn't have insurance, so Mission Change is urging folks to donate to Matthew's Funeral Home to help cover expenses.
The driver, 25-year-old Dontrell Myers, is not charged in the wreck but was arrested for driving with a suspended license and possessing a small amount of marijuana.
