VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A Valdosta teenager was shot in the eye with a BB gun, and now police are now looking for the kids they believe are to blame.
Around 8:30 Thursday night, 18-year-old Shardae Bradley was hit in the eye with a BB at 2803 Tyndall Drive.
Police say several kids had been seen shooting at mailboxes. They believe one of the BBs ricocheted and hit Bradley.
"Right now, we just wanna locate 'em, identify 'em, talk to 'em to see what may have happened. It is possible they could face some criminal charges. If they intentionally did it, they could face aggravated assault," said VPD Lt. Aaron Kirk.
Bradley was taken to the hospital for treatment.
