LEESBURG, GA (WALB) - A Georgia man is in jail after authorities said he broke into his wife's house and stole some of her panties.
Bryan Reddick, 41, has been charged with two counts of burglary and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a burglary.
According to a report, a Lee County Sheriff's deputy responded to a Leesburg home on Northhampton Road in reference to a burglary in progress.
The deputy found Reddick at the top of a ladder at a window he had broken into the home from.
Shortly after, Bryan told officials that he had gone inside the home, wrote, "I love you" on a bathroom mirror with soap, and taken four pairs of women's panties and stuffed them in his back pocket.
His wife later arrived at the scene and said her soon-to-be ex-husband had moved out of the house approximately 6 weeks earlier, and told officers she had changed all the locks to the house.
More items including a large safe were also found missing from the home.
Bryan was taken to the Lee Co. jail. There was no immediate word on a bond amount.
