ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A beer truck caught fire behind a Northwest Albany store Thursday afternoon.

Flames were spotted in the engine compartment of this Better Brands of South Georgia truck as it made a delivery to Rite Aid on North Slappey Boulevard just after noon.

Firefighters extinguished the fire before it did major damage.

They say some sort of fluid leak got on the hot engine, causing the flames.

None of the cargo was damaged.
