Dougherty siblings sentenced

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A judge has sentenced the Dougherty siblings for robbing a South Georgia bank during a cross-country crime spree that started in Florida and ended with a shootout in Colorado.

Ryan Dougherty, Lee Grace Dougherty and Dylan Dougherty were sentenced to 35 years in prison.

All three recently pleaded guilty to bank robbery and firearm charges in Georgia. Terms of their deals with prosecutors were not disclosed when they entered their pleas.

They've also pleaded guilty to Colorado charges stemming from their capture in August 2011.

Ryan Dougherty got 18 years, Lee Grace Dougherty received 24 years and Dylan Dougherty Stanley got 32 years for those charges.

They still face charges in Florida for allegedly shooting at an officer during a high-speed chase.

The U. S. Attorney's office says that on Count One, Armed Bank Robbery, each defendant received 228 months to serve; and Count Two, the gun charge, each defendant a total of 200 months to serve

They're ordered to pay Restitution to Certus Bank - $1,738 jointly and severely.

Each defendant a mandatory assessment of $100 per count (total $200), and each defendant has 5 years supervised release.
