Deputy makes first appearance for selling Oxycontin

Worth County Deputy Justin Stewart was arrested for selling Oxycontin Tuesday at 2400 Sylvester Road.

Deputy Stewart had his first appearance in the Dougherty County Jail this morning.

Stewart is facing two felonies and two misdemeanor charges.

He's charged with possession of a firearm and knife during a crime, selling Oxycontin, possession and use, and drugs not in the original container.
