L2 Communications CEO arrested for felony theft

The president of an Albany cable company is arrested for stealing his competitor's service and selling it to a customer.

29-year old Kraig Beahn, president and CEO of L2 Communications, is charged with felony theft of service.

Mediacom called Dougherty County Police December 15th after finding an illegal tap into one of their outlets on a pole on McCollum Drive.

Investigators say Beahn was using Mediacom's stolen signal to provide internet and phone service to Adtran Logistics on McCollum Drive.

Beahn was arrested Wednesday and released on bond.
