Community mourns Worth County High School student
SYLVESTER, Ga. (WALB) - The Worth County community is mourning the death of a rising senior Worth County High School student.
18-year-old Trenton Melton died at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville on Sunday, July 21, according to his obituary.
His obituary said that he enjoyed playing golf, cooking, hunting, fishing, riding four-wheelers, loved being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
His family will receive friends on Thursday, July 25, from 5-8 p.m. at Banks Funeral Home.
His funeral service will be held at Antioch Baptist Church at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 26, internment will follow in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Worth County.
