Rain remains, breeze blows, temps cool to near record levels. Lingering showers Wednesday AM end by midday with gradual clearing. Humidity levels drop with cool starts and spectacular sunny afternoons Thursday into Saturday. Warming Memorial Day into the middle 80s and staying sunny.
