Patriots late surge carries them to the final four

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Westover Patriots rally in the 4th quarter to defeat McDonough 66-57. All five starters scored in double figures led by Kavon Jonson with 15 points. They make their second straight appearance in the final four.
