ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Dougherty County Commission Chairman Chris Cohilas will address the county Wednesday afternoon following Tuesday’s primary election.
WATCH:
Cohilas was unseated by Lorenzo Heard as the county commission chairman.
On Wednesday, Dougherty County officials said a letter was sent to Chairman-Elect Heard regarding his transition into the county’s top seat.
