An early taste of summer as highs hit the 90s
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Absolutely beautiful spring weather across SGA Tuesday! Cloud free and pleasantly cool mid 60s to low 70s which were 5-10° cooler than yesterday and about 10° below average.
This latest spring chill holds tonight as lows drop into the low-mid 40s. It’ll be the last cool night as a warming trend gets underway Wednesday afternoon. Temperatures return to average readings upper 70s low 80s.
Following a major warm-up as highs rise into the upper 80s low 90s for the weekend. Other than a few passing clouds sunshine dominates into early next week.
It’ll be the warmest stretch of the year so far which brings an early taste of summer until next week’s cold front.
Tuesday brings the next chance of rain and thunderstorms which at times are not expected to be severe.
