RAY CITY, Ga. (WALB) - Officials in Ray City have reported another wastewater spill due to high rainfall, according to a press release from the city.
It happened on Feb. 1. Officials said approximately 54,000 gallons of treated wastewater exceeded the permit.
The spill took place at Cat Creek.
In March, Ray City officials also reported a spill that happened in Jan, losing approximately 88,000 gallons of treated wastewater.
