UPDATE: Victim identified, suspects charged in Albany homicide

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Two men have been charged after a homicide that happened on the 300 block of Grant Place, according to the Albany Police Department (APD).
Police said Shatavon Hayes, 35, was shot multiple times and died from injuries at the hospital.
Shantevius Fruster, 22, and Percy Graham, 20, have been charged with felony murder. Graham was also charged with tampering with evidence, according to APD.
Both men are in the Dougherty County Jail.
