Congressman Sanford Bishop safe amid protests at U.S. Capitol

Washington, D.C. (WTVM) - Protests from a group of President Trump’s supporters at the U.S. Capitol building have captivated the nation this afternoon.

Some protestors were able to get inside the building, causing chambers of both the House of Representatives and the Senate to be evacuated.
