Albany State sees positive COVID-19 cases

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - Albany State University (ASU) has seen a number of COVID-19 cases since starting classes for the fall semester, according to information given to WALB by ASU’s administration.
Currently, there are 12 students and 16 employee cases.
The university resumed in-person classes and students moved into on-campus housing on Aug. 10.
ASU previously told WALB the university was getting additional PPE from GEMA.
