Good News: Crisp Co. Community Council gives COVID-19 workers roses for their hard work

CORDELE, Ga. (WALB) - Two public health heroes were given tokens of appreciation for their recent hard work.

According to a post by the Crisp County Community Council, the board gave two heroes bouquets of roses.

Day after day, the ladies and others, sit in the heat and screen for COVID-19 symptoms.

In the same post, the council encouraged community members to drive by the Dowdy building and honk to show the ladies their appreciation.
