Ebony Giddens’ ex-boyfriend sentenced in aggravated assault before her disappearance

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - A man convicted of the aggravated assault of a Columbus woman just days before her disappearance has been sentenced.
His ex-girlfriend, Ebony Giddens, disappeared without a trace more than a year and a half ago.
After being found guilty on all counts, Jackson has been sentenced to the following:
- Aggravated assault - 20 years
- Possession of a firearm during the commision of a crime - 5 years
- Aggravated stalking - 10 years
Each of these sentenced will run consecutively with other sentences he is currently serving.
