Bainbridge auto parts store finds new home after fire

BAINBRIDGE, Ga. (WALB) - An auto parts store in Bainbridge is reopening at a new location after catching fire Sunday afternoon and the building was declared a total loss.

Decatur Auto Parts will reopen within the next few weeks at the new location of 1038 South West Street, formerly known as Henderson’s Grocery Store, according to a Facebook post from Bainbridge Public Safety (BPS).

The store will be at this location for the next year until more decisions are made about the status of rebuilding, the post stated.
