THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - The Thomasville boys soccer team have done it again!

They’ve reached a third consecutive elite eight playoff birth.

After clinching the number one seed, they’ll host Bremen Wednesday night.

Head Coach Keith Gwaltney, said they’re trying out different looks and schemes, to be prepared for anything.

He's expecting this to be a fairly even and touch match-up.

But the team’s chemistry has been a major part of their success.

“We have five Freshman on the team this year, and they basically have a season under their belt now," said Gwaltney. "I told them yesterday, they’re pretty much Sophomores now. You have that level of experience, they’ve all played in just about all the games, and they have not had a chemistry problem with our older kids. Our older kids really want it, the younger kids really want to be a part of something special.”

He says he's hopeful weather and field conditions will play to their advantage.

Kickoff is set for 4 P.M.
