ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Monday morning fog lingered otherwise mostly cloudy with mild 60s and 70s. Tonight foggy with light rain and mild low 60s. Rain spreads from west to east as a cold front heads our way Tuesday. The warm southerly flow keeps it unseasonably warm as highs reach mid-upper 70s. An isolated strong storms or two is possible with primarily wind gusts to 50 mph. Rainfall amounts of a 0.25-0.50″ or less are expected.
The front slides through Tuesday night with drier and cooler air returning into midweek. Not a big chill but seasonal highs in the 60s and lows in the 30s and 40s. Sunny with mild upper 60s Valentines Day. However, the next system brings rain back Thursday night into Saturday morning. Mostly dry and cool through the weekend with the next round of wet weather on Monday which is Presidents Day.
