A Moultrie man accused of robbery and arson. This is 25-year old Starvensky Benard Bowman, nicknamed 'Star.'
Investigators say in March, he stole a car from the mother of his child after she refused to loan it to him.
And then a couple of weeks ago, he went back and set fire to her house. The house burned down and the woman and Bowman's child lost all their belongings. Now this woman is living in fear that Starvensky Benard Bowman will show up again.
He's a big man, 6'3", 200 pounds. He's believed to be somewhere in the Moultrie-Colquitt County area.
There are arson, robbery and theft warrants out for his arrest.
So keep your eyes peeled and if you see Starvensky Benard Bowman, please call the Colquitt County Sheriff's office.
