On tonight's Most Wanted, a woman passing fake checks around Albany.
This is 22 year old Brittany Denise Padilla. Albany Police say she's one of six women involved in a huge fake check scam.
Police say she and the others are making fake payroll checks and cashing them at stores all over town.
They're using fake ID's and, so far, have cashed as many as 15 checks, totaling at least $6,000.00.
Padilla has an East Point, Georgia address, but she's been in Albany as recently as 10 days ago, when a bogus check was cashed at Harvey's on North Slappey. There are warrants on her Printing or Executing Fictitious Checks.
So, if you know where Brittany Denise Padilla is, please call Albany Crimestoppers at 436-TIPS.
You could get a reward of up to one thousand dollars if you help police find her.
