WALB's Most Wanted: Dramoskie Perkins

We need to track down an accused killer who was mistakenly released from jail.

This is 25-year-old Dramoskie Perkins. He was in the Dougherty County jail charged with killing one of his buddies during an attempted robbery.

Police say he and 23-year old Antonio Daniels were trying to rob four people at an East Albany mobile home park last June when Daniels was shot in the back of the head with a shotgun.

Police aren't sure if Perkins meant to shoot him, but he's still charged with murder. He was in jail without bond, awaiting trial, when there was apparently a paperwork error and he was released.

Prosecutors asked that a witness in the case be granted bond, but somehow a judge signed an order granting bond for Daniels.

So, Daniels happily posted the $15,000 bail and got the heck out of Dodge.

This man is accused of violent crimes and we need to get him off the streets.

If you know Dramoskie Perkins or know where he is, please call the Dougherty County Sheriff's office or Albany Police. It's extremely important that he be re-captured.
