This is 38-year old Elliott Bogan. He's been in jail more times than we can count, on everything from theft to cocaine to running from police.

Now, he's wanted for theft by receiving stolen property.

He's 5'7, 187 pounds; his last known address is 1612 Betty Wise Road in Bronwood. And at last report, he worked for a mobile home manufacturer in Richland. And his nickname is Boney.

Investigators say Elliott Bogan pawned a stolen gun.
