We need your help in catching an Albany man who just won't leave his ex-girlfriend alone.

This is 32-year old Jamie Demond Salter. He was arrested in September for battery and criminal trespassing and was told to stay away from his ex-girlfriend.

But police say he continues to stalk and threaten her, and even broke into her grandmother's house.

He's 6'2", 165 pounds and his last lived in the 1000 block of Davidson Street in Albany.

There are four warrants on him for Terroristic Threats, Simple Battery,Burglary and Aggravated Stalking.

So if you recognize Jamie Demond Salter, please call Albany Police.
