Douglas -- Two people are arrested in Coffee County and a large amount of drugs is confiscated.

Twenty-four-year-old Trovento "Ta Ta" Debro and 30-year-old Chiquita Gifford were arrested last Thursday in separate incidents and charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

At Debro's house, police found six pounds of pot, two and half ounce of cocaine, a pistol and $1,800. At Gifford's they confiscated six and half ounces of cocaine, a half pound of marijuana and $1,600 in cash.
