ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Chain Gang is looking for volunteers to help clean up storm debris in Arlington this Saturday.

The group has been out there every Saturday for the past few weeks cleaning private property that has fallen trees and other storm damage.

On Monday, Dougherty and Lee County Public Works, as well as the city of Albany, are going out to Arlington to help clear some of the storm debris too.

"There's only a handful left, though. So we need the community's help. We need them to gather together on Saturday and come and go with us to Arlington. Bring your chainsaws, get all the people they know with chainsaws, even some heavy equipment would be helpful," said Teresa Knight, with the Albany Chain Gang.

The group will be heading out Saturday morning.

If you want to help, you can call (334) 640-5889.
