During the event, you can take a free HIV test at that Department of Public Health and usually get your results back within a minute.

Below is when tests are offered:

  • Dougherty County: Every Tuesday from 9 a.m. - noon
  • Colquitt County: The second Monday of every month from 8 a.m. - noon
  • Grady County: The third Thursday of every month from 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Officials with the Department of Public Health said they are working to implement the "Know Your Status" events in other counties.
