ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Health and wellness was a hot topic of discussion at Albany's third annual Natural Health, Hair, and Beauty Festival this weekend.

Niik Products, a local luxury organic skincare and haircare product line held the three-day event in downtown.

Citizens were educated on health, wellness, hair, and beauty through a series of workshops and demonstrations.

The community was able to learn about products to help fight diseases and their overall health by using organic herbs.

"So Niik Products has come in, we want to educate people on about these different elements that we have with cancer, autism...even eczema skin issues and the natural products that we can use to make that better, absolutely," said LaSada LLoyd, Brand Ambassador and Model with Niik Products.

The festival also included live performances and a kids corner to learn about the science of healthcare products.
