DOUGHERTY CO., GA (WALB) - Investigators are asking you to take a look at surveillance video and and see if you can help them get some dangerous gunmen off the streets.

Police shared video of an armed robbery that happened May 24 in the parking lot of the Walter Judge Complex, a school building on Cason Street, just hours after a charity teen group gave donations to non-profit organizations.

Dougherty County School police said three men walked up to a car and robbed a woman at gunpoint that had been at that same building for a meeting.

Two of those men had guns and they took $900.

Investigators want you to watch them run and walk, look at the clothes, the striped sweatpants, and give them some ideas who it might be.

Police said they ran across East Oglethorpe using the pedestrian bridge, so they might live in that neighborhood.

The robbery upset the community, coming soon after a good news event.

Anyone with any information about this incident is encouraged to contact the Dougherty County School System Police or CrimeSTOPPERS at (229) 436-TIPS.
