Police need help identifying suspect in Thomasville burglaries

THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

Police in Thomasville are on the hunt for a man who has been breaking into multiple facilities in Thomasville. 

On Monday, police said a man stole lawn equipment and damaged a shed door at a Seventh-Day Adventist Church and attempted to break into Thomas University.

"He returned to the church, we know, the following day as well. But he didn't make entry into that location, but he did make entry into Thomas University," explained Thomasville Police Department Investigator Maurice Holmes.

Once inside the University property, police said he stole more lawn equipment and damaged the pull-up door.

The man is believed to drive a white Ford Taurus.
